I want to sell a watch. How do I offer this?


Of course you can visit our office in Eindhoven (open on appointment only). You can also use our response form. Here you can send us a description and some pictures of your watch. We will contact you as soon as possible.

How much platinum, gold or silver does my product contain?


For more than 600 years, precious metal objects in the Netherlands have been checked for their precious metal content. This makes it the oldest form of consumer protection we know. The applied inspection mark guarantees the content of platinum, gold and/or silver in your jewellery. All items sold by us are marked.

Jewellery made of silver (from 8 grams), gold (from 1 gram) or platinum (from 0.5 grams) that you buy in the Netherlands must have a hallmark approved in the Netherlands. Items under this weight are exempt from the application of a hallmark. Palladium articles can be provided with a palladium symbol on a voluntary basis as from 2010.

What is the delivery time?

How long is the guarantee/warranty on my purchase?


On all of our watches we give 6 months warranty from the date on the sales receipt and / or any factory warranty still valid. Click the following link to read more




I make a purchase from outside the EU. What should I take into account?


As a customer outside the EU, you are responsible for everything you enter. If any import taxes and fees have to be paid, they will be for your expense. Click the following link to read more.
