Delivery time and Shipping
After an order has been placed and the full payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a track & trace link. This way, you can easily track your shipment and find out when it will be delivered.
We ship your package professionally and securely, fully insured via our professional and trusted forwarders such as DHL, PostNL, UPS and FedEx. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Should you have entered a faulty or wrong delivery address, we recommend you to contact us immediately via email@example.com. Please send us an email when your delivery is been delayed and we will inquire you with the shipping company on your behalf.
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the value of the package and the delivery address.
Consult us if you prefer another method of shipping. You can also request the shipping costs from us in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a preferred delivery time, but normally the shipping service delivers between 8 AM and 8 PM. You can find out the expected delivery time via the track & trace link.
On behalf of your customer experience, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping outside the EU
Please note that as a customer outside the EU, you are responsible for everything you import and are required to pay the applicable import taxes, duties and import fees.
Your customs office will contact you when you are importing products. Wesbers & Albley has no influence on the amount of import taxes and cannot predict how high these taxes are.
The customs policy differs from country to country. Please contact your customs office to be fully informed.
Right to return Internet purchases
On all internet purchases there is a return right of 14 days. During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. You can remove the product from the box unless the package contains a seal.
The return period will expire 14 days after the day you received the product. You are responsible for the safe return, insurance and shipping costs.
Returned items must be in exactly the same condition (100% mint) as shipped by us. The original purchase invoice and any other items included should not be missing.
In case of a return the purchase amount will be returned as soon as we have received the item in the condition stated above. We ask you to return the product in the exact original packaging. We will return the purchase amount through the method of your payment. You will receive the payment of your purchase, not including delivery costs for initial shipment, as soon as possible and within 30 days after you have selected to use the right of return. You bear the costs and risks for the return shipment and have the responsibility to safely return the purchased product.

Exclusion of right to return
Products specifically ordered for the customer and not on our site as such are listed, are offered under the mention of a purchase obligation. By ordering these products, you declare that you waive the right of return.
The right to return is excluded for products that are made to your specification, such as products that are custom made.
