PAYMENT

You can choose to pay (directly online) via various ways. We currently use:

After completion of the payment process at one of the payment providers, you will be sent back to our website. The payment is secure through the whole payment process. To be able to use these services you need to register as a user once. After this you can choose from the most common payment methods.

 

Of course, you can also use a bank transfer. If you choose the option: transfer, the order will only be accepted after we have received your payment. Once you have made the transfer, please send us a print screen of the payment. We will then reserve the item in question for you.

When you buy a watch at Wesbers & Albley you’ll receive a warranty certificate with the brand of the watch, serial number, a brief description and the starting date. 

All timepieces are warranted for a period of one year from the date stated on the sales receipt and/or any manufacturer's warranty still in force. 

This guarantee does not apply to the waterproofness of the watch, as well as breaking/ loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers and such, and the strap/ bracelet; also excluded is damage caused by falling/ bumping of the watch, or through the presence of dirt or damp in the watch. In these cases, Wesbers & Albley is not accountable for the resulting damage to the watch itself, nor for the consequences of such damage, of whatever nature, to other matter or persons. 

 

With every claim this guarantee must be presented. Without a valid guarantee certificate repair can only be executed at your expense.
